The Doma Group is pleased to call for expressions of interest from all subcontractors and suppliers for a new development at 18 Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle. The project is a mixed use development containing 71 residential apartments 6,000 sq m of commercial office space, along with ground floor retail and car parking.
Expressions of interest are called from all civil, structural, services, facade and fit out subcontractors and suppliers. EOI should include details of recent projects, capability, references and details of WHS&E management systems.

BANANA SHIRE COUNCIL. Description: Sewer Network Rehabilitation. Tender No. T14/15.18. Council is seeking tenders to undertake the rehabilitation of various Council sewer mains and access chambers in the townships of Biloela, Moura, Theodore and Taroom.
The purpose of this contract is to undertake the capital refurbishment of a quantity (approximately 5.5km of sewer mains, and 15 access chambers) of Council's Wastewater assets.

CIRCULAR HEAD COUNCIL. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST. SMITHTON LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT PLAN ADVISORY PANEL.
The Circular Head Council is seeking expressions of interest from three (3) members of the community to form the Smithton Landscape Development Plan Advisory Panel. The panel will use the endorsed Smithton Landscape Development Plan as a guide to improve and beautify the public spaces and streetscapes of Smithton over time as budgeting allows. While knowledge of horticulture and in landscape design would be an advantage, Council envisages that the panel would also include people with interest in the improvement of Smithton's public spaces and streetscapes. Successful candidates will be those who demonstrate an ability to engage with the wider community and to take their views into account.
