Monash University is a large Melbourne based university with approximately 70,000 students and 15,000 staff across seven local and international campuses.
The university has a large digital presence focussed around http://monash.edu and http://study.monash with over 125 additional internet and intranet sites utilised by various faculties and business units across the university. These sites collectively record in excess of 30 million sessions per year.
Over recent years, Monash University has transitioned to the Squiz Matrix Content Management System (CMS) for these sites, with all migrations being recently completed.
The goal of this RFP is to locate and select additional suppliers familiar with this Squiz Matrix platform, to enable Monash University to continue to transform its web presence and, in particular, enable it to innovate in education and research, respond to changing customer needs, and communicate via new and emerging media.
We are also seeking to enhance the online interaction our customers have with us, leading them to a deeper relationship with the University. This will require a greater level of interaction between web and enterprise systems around CRM (Salesforce), Future Students and Research Communities and a richer understanding and monitoring of the user journeys within those interactions.
Monash University has limited internal Squiz Matrix development capability and is looking to extend the resource pool with external resources in order to supplement our development pool in an efficient and cost effective manner
Please note Part C Conditions of Contract will be added to this RFP before the end of the week.

TRANSPORT NSW - CORPORATE. ON DEMAND TRANSPORT - REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST. RFT ID TFNSW 2016/106..
    Close Date & Time: 24 February 2017 at 5:00pm.
Description: Transport for NSW is undertaking an RFEOI process to develop a series of pilots to assess how public transport mobility could be improved by technology enabled solutions and innovative operating models that replace or supplement scheduled services. The pilots are about inviting industry to collaborate, co-develop and pilot technology enabled solutions and operating models for public transport to improve transport outcomes and the quality of life for every citizen in NSW.
A key element of this will be the provision of greater flexibility and mobility in the transport offering. Learnings from the pilot will help inform Transport for NSW's thinking for future service contracts and create potential opportunities for new models and entrants in the transport network of the future.
The Future Transport Technology Roadmap clearly states that there is a need for Transport for NSW to change the way it collaborates with delivery partners and the way it does business. Increased collaboration with delivery partners will be vital to how we deliver the initiatives within Technology Roadmap.
This RFEOI is being conducted in a markedly different way to the traditional manner. The RFEOI process is designed to allow creative ideas which can be further collaboratively developed between TfNSW and individual respondents through interactive sessions to identify those with the most potential to be developed into a pilot project. Further details can be found in section 3.1
The pilots will be varied to ensure we test a number of great ideas for improving transport. These pilots are not limited to providing an end to end solution. TfNSW will work to assist respondents to identify other parties with which they could partner to deliver the end to end solution. Ideally, the pilots will be very different and TfNSW is happy to work flexibly to develop the pilots in the best way to achieve outcomes without restricting innovation.
Industry Briefing - An open industry briefing will be held on 14 December 2016 at Australian Technology Park. This will provide an opportunity for respondents to learn more about the process and to ask any questions.
Registration for the event is essential through the TfNSW Industry Engagement page at: http://www.transport.nsw.gov.au/industry/industry-engagment
Registrations will open on Wednesday 7th December 2016.
To gain access to the data room, organisations must complete and return the confidentiality Deed Poll, which is located in the EOI documentation. Respondents are required to download the Confidentiality undertaking on the eTendering website, sign and return to the RFEOI email address: ondemand.pilot@transport.nsw.gov.au Access to the data room will then be granted to bonafide respondents.

Close Date: Friday 17 February 2017 at 5.00 pm.
    Request for Proposals (RFP).
Overview: Inland Revenue (IR) is in the midst of a multi-year, multi-stage transformation programme which will soon see our business operating in a much more agile, customer focused and intelligence led way. To achieve this, we need our people to work in new and different ways, and for our focus to shift more broadly onto people's capabilities, rather than the specific tasks that they do.
In response, 12 people capabilities have been created to enable IR to reach its future vision. Each capability is defined as a mix of a person's skills, knowledge, experience and attitudes. These people capabilities are relevant for all roles and everyone in IR, and will need to be embedded into all our workplace and people practices over time.
This RFP is seeking a provider of an online self-service assessment tool/service, which will assess people capabilities, and assess their potential - using the Leadership Character elements of the State Service Commission's (SSC) Leadership Success Profile (LSP). IR requires:· A portal (hosted either internally or externally)
    · The content (assessment items)
    · Assessment result outputs (data and reports) for the business, managers, and individuals.
It is not intended that the solution will integrate with IR systems. IR is seeking responses from both bespoke and commercial off the shelf (COTS) providers.
