This Request specifies the requirements of the Western Australian State Government for the supply and delivery of bulk grocery and food related products for agencies in the Midwest region.
This contract framework is specifically for the agencies listed below:· WA Country Health Service, Midwest and Murchison Region (includes Geraldton Regional Hospital, Shenton St, Geraldton) and Health units located at Dongara, Kalbarri, Leeman, Morawa, Mullewa, Northampton, Three Springs, Cue, Meekatharra, Mt Magnet, Sandstone and Yalgoo;

The number of contractors selected for any particular Category will be based on the Respondents demonstrating capacity to supply and deliver specified products and on a value for money basis. Jemena is an Australian infrastructure company with 2,000 employees that manages more than $10 billion worth of utility assets across electricity and gas.
Jemena are inviting respondents to provide quotations for the rental of coffee machines, beans, consumables, milk fridges as well as cleaning services for 5 office locations in Victoria and NSW (3 in Vic and 2 in NSW).
Jemena currently have 18 machines, with an estimated 250,000 coffee cups consumed per year.
These machines are plumbed and have a separate milk fridge to the side, with waste being drained automatically. ie: Staff do not have to manually empty the drip tray.
It is preferred that machines can offer a range of drinks including coffee and hot chocolates - and that machines can provide a high amount of coffees per hour. e.g: Some machines currently make around 20 coffees per hour during peak times.
The commencement date for this contract is flexible, however it is expected to be around 1st January 2018.
Pricing responses must be based on a 3 year contract term. i.e: Machine rental from 1st January 2018 to 1st January 2021.
Machine rental is required and we will not consider purchasing machines outright.
