The Eliminate Dengue Program (THE PROGRAM) is a non-for-profit research program within Monash University that seeks to significantly decrease mosquito-transmitted diseases like dengue, chikungunya and Zika. Request for Quotation - RFQ 10-2016/17 - Martumili Artists Evaluation Project - Outcomes Measurement

    EPILB-758521
    Notice Type: Request for Quotation
    Price Range: Not Specified
    Region: Western Australia
    Closing Date: 17/03/2017

Martumili Artists operates in a complex, cross-cultural zone. The art centre's activities are supported by a range of agencies as well as the artists and communities. Simultaneously, Martumili Artists is faced with a demanding and competitive sector; in combination, this makes for a multi-faceted operating environment and numerous demands.
One of the most effective ways of negotiating this complexity is access to accurate, comprehensive and compelling evidence. Currently, Martumili can generate basic financial reports, tracking sales and related financial data. However, there is no data nor methodology for Martumili to create reports and information that reflects the art centre's diverse activities and to evaluate the effectiveness of the social, cultural, artistic and commercial services provided.
This project seeks to appoint consultants with proven experience in measuring and monitoring the performance of social enterprises such as Martumili Artists through the use of mobile technology. These consultants will work in partnership with Martumili Artists and social evaluation consultants. The information generated will provide invaluable data for the organisations (artists and staff) and its external stakeholders. In addition, a process for ongoing evaluation will be established.
Martumili will appoint experienced consultant/s to undertake this project, there will be two phases to the project.
    Phase 1:
    - Development of customer surveys for the Martumili Gallery and the East Pilbara Art Centre (EPAC)
    - Capture of Martu artists participation and output in the program, specifically outcomes not currently captured through Martumili's SAM (Stories Art Money) its current cataloguing system
    - Capture of field Officer Activity
    - Capture of data for funding bodies and the development of reports specific to funding KPI's
-Reporting dashboards for all data collection
    Phase 2:
    - Extended discussion on funding KPI's to capture anything missed in phase one
    - Implementation of framework developed by the social return on investment consultants
    The appointed consultants will:
    - travel to Newman for one day training staff
    - Provide up to 5 days of ongoing technical support and consulting on an annual basis for two years with the option to extend
    - Provide up to 3 days of assistance with the preparation of reports and assisting with the collation of key outcomes collected
    - Provide 1 admin user licence
    - Provide 3 field user licences with the option of obtaining another 3 in the future
    - Provide licence for 2 customer surveys to be located in the Martumili Gallery

AUSTRALIAN DIGITAL HEALTH AGENCY. COMMUNITY PHARMACY SOFTWARE INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP OFFER.
We recognise the place of quality medicines information for people's health and wellbeing in the day-to-day, and in the transfer of care between settings. This is why we want to ensure community pharmacists can access people's health records, and also share the vital information they hold with patients and their other clinicians.
The Agency is partnering with community pharmacy dispensing software providers, to enhance their products to allow viewing and uploading to the My Health Record system. We also want this sector to use Australian Medicines Terminology to enhance the quality and interoperability of medicines information.
This functionality will be the bedrock on which to build more sophisticated medicines information, summaries and alerts in local systems, and to attract system- wide benefits. Ultimately, this will contribute to improving medicines safety for consumers, health professionals and the wider community.
To support this objective, the Agency has worked with industry on Funding Principles to support software developers to utilise national digital health services.
Submissions are invited until Friday 17 March 2017.
Please contact Communitydispensingsystems@digitalhealth.gov.au for more information and support if required.
