    Notice Type: Expression of Interest
    Price Range: Not Specified
    Region: New South Wales
    Closing Date: 10/10/2016

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be pre-registered to
tender for a contract to develop a Water Management Database for Rous County Council.
Rous County Council requires an integrated solution to store, manage and report on Council's water management data. The solution can be a proprietary software product, multiple software products used in combination or a custom designed software solution. Council is open to considering all possible solutions including fully integrated products or solutions that only deliver part of the required functionality.
The critical functionality of the solution is to store, manage and report on Council's water quality data. The water quality data is required to be quality checked against user-defined rules, monitored against user-defined exception limits, available for trending and analysis and must be stored in a Rous County Council database.
The solution should ideally allow other water management functionality including field input of operational data, import of data from SCADA systems and other external database and automation of common reports including water production and energy consumption.
Further details on the proposal, including the functional specification, can be found in the tender documents attached to this notice.
For further information contact Rous County Council's, Engineering Assistant, Samuel Curran, on (02) 6623 3800.
Expressions of Interest close at 4pm on Monday 10 October 2016.

Invitation to Qualify (Pre-qualified Supplier List) (ITQ).
Overview: NZ Story is an independent government group hosted by NZTE. It is jointly funded by NZTE, Tourism New Zealand, Education New Zealand, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Te Puni Kokiri (TPK) and the Ministry of Primary Industry. Our goal is to enhance New Zealand's reputation beyond natural beauty, grow our global reputation and ultimately drive the prosperity of New Zealand.
One of the strategic initiatives on the NZ Story Business Plan is to offer our customers a list of suitably qualified suppliers for video production, content creation and editing services. The Creative Collective Invitation to Qualify relates to this new service.
NZ Story is establishing Pre-Qualified Suppliers Lists* of private sector companies who can help our customers create video content for their business. The key outcomes that we want to achieve are:· Part 1 - selecting and communicating a list of 8 pre-qualified Suppliers that we can refer our customers to (via our website and email communications to registered users of our business toolkit on www.nzstory.govt.nz).
    · Part 2 - selecting a subset of the Part 1 Pre-Qualified Supplier List (2-4 Suppliers) to create a Pre-Qualified Co-investment Supplier List that we can refer our customers to when they partner with us on a co-investment basis, whereby NZ Story will partially fund the production of the video (in partnership with the NZ business) in return for creative sign-off of the video content.
    · Suppliers will be considered for both Parts 1 and 2 of the Creative Collective unless they 'opt out' of Part 2 (Pre-Qualified Co-investment Supplier List).
    · Any engagement for services will be solely between the customer and the Supplier and NZ Story will not have any contractual involvement.
A Pre-Qualified Suppliers List is a list of Suppliers who NZ Story has pre-approved as capable of delivering specific types of goods, services or works.
