    Close : Monday, 29 May 2017 at 5:00 PM.
Tender Type: Request for Proposals (RFP).
Overview: The New Zealand Film Commission (NZFC) is in the process of redeveloping two websites, www.nzfilm.co.nz and www.filmnz.com. We are looking for a company who can provide ongoing technical support and development capability in the future. We see this very much as a partnership arrangement; it's important to us to have the right combination of partnership and solution. We expect our partner to work in a collaborative, consultative manner with us

Description: The Supreme Court of Victoria (Court) is designing and building a new external facing website which will be hosted in the Court's Microsoft Azure environment replacing the current site located at: http://www.supremecourt.vic.gov.au/
The existing website will be decommissioned in full. One of the key objectives is to modernise the website, making it more user-friendly and more manageable. The new website design must meet AA accessibility as a minimum.
The Court requires the services of a qualified vendor to work with the Supreme Court's project team to assist in the design and build of the website. The Supreme Court's new website must be designed according to the 'user-experience' (UX) methodology.
The project will be separated into two phases comprising the design (Phase 1) and build (Phase 2) respectively. The current Request for Quotation is for Phase 1 only.
Following evaluation of all responses, a shortlist of vendors will be made. The shortlisted vendors may be asked to present their proposed solution to the Court. If CSV isn't satisfied with the shortlisted vendors, CSV reserves the right to approach any of the respondents.
Upon successful completion of the Phase 1 (design), CSV reserves the right to invite some or all of the original respondents (which may be limited to only shortlisted vendors) to re-quote for Phase 2 (build), or conduct a separate procurement activity if necessary.
