The City seeks to form a panel of pre-qualified suppliers under a Framework Agreement, to provide Landscape construction services. <br/>
It is expected members of the panel will undertake landscape construction work on behalf of the City, such as park development or redevelopment and other landscape construction needs, on a project by project basis.

ABOUT THE TENDER: <br/>
The tender objective is to engage a Contractor to provide and carryout all construction works associated with the construction of Allan Avenue Reserve, corner of Allan Ave and Duff St, Turramurra. The work will include concrete / sandstone works (paths, stairs and walls), fence works, soft landscaping works, supply and installation of playground equipment and landscape furniture, supply and installation of softfall rubber, and soil grading and turfing.<br/>

There will be no Pre tender site meeting. The site is a public space and open for inspections any reasonable time.<br/>

ABOUT THE RFT: Georges River Council (Council) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced civil contractor who is specialised in outdoor paving works to upgrade the public domain area on both sides of Montgomery Street between Post Office Lane and Kensington Street, Kogarah. The works include repaving footpaths, planting street trees and replacing street furniture.<br/>

The Works comprise streetscape works which includes paving, landscaping, lighting, irrigation, and street furniture.
The City of Melbourne is seeking Expressions of Interest from consortia or individual commercial organisations with a proven ability to construct the Works.<br/>
The Works compromise of<br/>· Renovation of existing brick amenity building<br/>· Concrete Paving<br/>· Tiple Interceptor and wash bay<br/>· Stormwater Drainage<br/>· Boundary Fencing<br/>· Gola Post and Pitch Cover Racks.<br/>
The Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first of a two-stage process to obtain a suitable Contractor to undertake the proposed Works under a formal agreement with Council.

The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for Sandringham Memorial Gates and the Richard Johnson Memorial Conservation Works<br/>
For Sandringham Memorial Gates the successful tenderer is required to undertake works including cleaning, treatment and repairs to sandstone walls, repairs to the copper alloy gates, replacement of the lead capping and treat and relay sandstone paving. For Richard Johnson Memorial the successful tenderer is required to undertake works including repairs and repointing of all joints in sandstone and trachyte stonework, replace and repair deteriorating and missing stone and relay drummy/loose trachyte pavers.<br/>
