Local Government Procurement on behalf of Cumberland Council is seeking suitably qualified companies to submit a tender to establish a panel for Reactive and minor projects related works.<br/>
ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Cumberland Council was formed in May 2016. Located 25km west of the Sydney CBD, the Council has an estimated resident population of 219,300.<br/>
ABOUT THE TENDER: Cumberland Council invites suitable contractors to provide submissions for reactive and minor projects related works. This is a panel tender. Work under the nominated trade services categories will largely fall under electrical, mechanical, plumbing and roofing, fire, landscaping, building and associated works categories. <br/>
REGISTRATION: Tender documents will be available from Tuesday 11/12/2018. Tender documents must be obtained after registration via (see option below). Please allow a 12 hours for registration to be processed and approved. PRE TENDER BRIEFING: Pre-tender briefing will be held on Monday 17 December 2018 at 9am. The address is 16 Memorial Avenue, Merrylands NSW 2160. Attendance is not mandatory however tenderers are encouraged to attend.<br/>

Cumberland Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted. <br/>
Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Council members or officers, involved in the RFT process will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
