A key objective of the Expression of Interest (EOI) is to ensure that the Department simplifies procurement activity to support compliance and reduce red tape. Therefore, this EOI will seek solutions that strongly leverage Cloud infrastructure; will examine scalability of the technology; and review how other electronic procurement tools, such as source to contract, could be incorporated so that the overall solution best meets the Department's needs into the future.
