  • More details
    Tenderlink Ref:

    Notice Type: Request for Proposal
    Price Range: Not Specified
    Region: Australia
    Closing Date: 24/03/2017

Identity and Access Management capabilities are core to the University's operational environment and is heavily relied upon by business units within the University for processes including on-boarding staff and students, and provisioning appropriate levels of access to business systems and services. The incumbent identity management system has several limitations, such as multiple complex components, it is difficult to modify, support is limited, and has limited extensibility; hence, it is essential the University replace the current system to meet the needs of the business.
Ideally, the solution proposed will create an identity and access management capability that will safely transition existing business needs, and underpin ICT functions within the University for the foreseeable future. This will equip the University to thrive in the complex ICT environment to come.
After extensive market analysis, the University has identified both the Microsoft Identity Manager (Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS)) and ForgeRock Identity Platform products as being capable of underpinning the long-term University Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy. It is anticipated one of these products will be the core of the IAM platform for the University, and may be complemented by additional third party products to fully meet the needs of the University. Hence, the University is seeking proposals from suitable Integration Partners, with previous experience implementing either of these platforms.

AUSTRALIAN DIGITAL HEALTH AGENCY. COMMUNITY PHARMACY SOFTWARE INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP OFFER.
We recognise the place of quality medicines information for people's health and wellbeing in the day-to-day, and in the transfer of care between settings. This is why we want to ensure community pharmacists can access people's health records, and also share the vital information they hold with patients and their other clinicians.
The Agency is partnering with community pharmacy dispensing software providers, to enhance their products to allow viewing and uploading to the My Health Record system. We also want this sector to use Australian Medicines Terminology to enhance the quality and interoperability of medicines information.
This functionality will be the bedrock on which to build more sophisticated medicines information, summaries and alerts in local systems, and to attract system- wide benefits. Ultimately, this will contribute to improving medicines safety for consumers, health professionals and the wider community.
To support this objective, the Agency has worked with industry on Funding Principles to support software developers to utilise national digital health services.
Submissions are invited until Friday 17 March 2017.
Please contact Communitydispensingsystems@digitalhealth.gov.au for more information and support if required.

NPDC requires the services of a competent and experienced vendor to provide and install a Technology Solution for RFID Implementation that satisfies the NPDC Requirements Specification.
Puke Ariki and Community Libraries currently hold approximately 200,000 individual items in the collections and use a combination of barcodes and magnetic security strips to identify and manage these on a daily basis. This technology is now redundant and it is becoming increasingly costly to maintain existing hardware due to the difficulty in sourcing replacement parts.
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has been used in industry for many years and in New Zealand libraries for the last 10 years to facilitate more customer centred service delivery.

AUSTRALIAN DIGITAL HEALTH AGENCY. SECURE MESSAGING PROOF OF CONCEPT PROJECTS - REQUEST FOR TENDER.
The Australian Digital Health Agency invites industry providers delivering secure messaging, clinical information system / applications suppliers and end users to collaborate with the Agency on national implementation projects.
The projects will prove the concept and demonstrate a working model for three key use cases to progress the adoption of secure messaging capabilities across the health sector in Australia.
Suppliers and partners will need to establish and work within a consortium to deliver secure messaging capabilities across different healthcare settings.
The Agency has prioritised secure messaging as a core foundational capability required to enable interoperability between two or more messaging suppliers and seamless, secure, and confidential information sharing across all health care providers and consumers.
The Agency anticipates its total investment through these Request for Tenders to be less than $1m. We hope to see consortia outlining in-kind contributions alongside Agency investment to achieve outcomes that align to the strategic priorities of industry participants and quality improvement goals of healthcare organisations.
Tender Process: Registration is required to receive amendments and clarifications during the tender process.
Registration to be lodged by emailing: eoi_securemessaging@digitalhealth.gov.au by Friday 24 February 5:00pm AEDT with the following details: Contact name, Organisation name, Business address, Email address, Contact phone number.
