    North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN) is inviting eligible organisations with established services to tender for 'Low Intensity Mental Health Telephone and/or Web Based Response'. The aim is to provide telephone and or web based response to people in North Western Melbourne experiencing low intensity mental illness /vulnerability.
    The proposed service response will complement rather than duplicate existing services and has the capacity to integrate with other parts of the mental health system. Ultimately, this service will be a vital component of the suits of services delivered in North Western Melbourne and will enable people to access the right care at the right time, both in and out of hours.
    Program funding: $200,000 per annum plus establishment cost of $25,000.
    ABOUT THE TENDERER: NWMPHN's vision is to improve the health of everyone in our region. Our mission is to strengthen primary healthcare and connect services across the system.

Hosted by Queensland Government Procurement, this session is your opportunity to provide feedback on the delivery of workplace health services to government employees in particular reference to:· Employee Assistance Services

    Queensland Government Procurement is looking to run an open tender process late March / early April and is seeking engagement from interested suppliers and industry to contribute to the planning of this activity.

    The workshop is aimed at delivering better procurement outcomes for government and suppliers.

    ABOUT NQPHN:
    Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN) is an independent not-for-profit primary health organisation, funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health, tasked with coordinating primary health care services for the Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, Cape York Peninsula and Torres Strait regions.
    NQPHN will coordinate primary and preventive healthcare that is, the healthcare that takes place outside of a hospital, such as GPs, allied health, chronic disease management, aged care, mental health and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health. Primary health care is recognised as the most effective way to keep communities and individuals healthy and well.
    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
    Active Healthy NQ grants program aims to improve health outcomes and minimise risk of chronic disease in the Northern Queensland community. The grants program provides funding for health promotion and illness prevention initiatives which aim to change community attitudes and behaviour, and create environments that support people to make healthier choices.
    Round 4 will be a specified grants round targeting maternal and child health, health literacy and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth health. We are interested in applications which address one or more of the following activity areas:
    1. Maternal and Child Health: develop and implement health promotion activities which focus on preventing use and encourage women to seek support for alcohol, smoking and illicit drug use before and during pregnancy
    2. Health Literacy:develop and implement activities which aim to reduce inequalities in health and improve health literacy
    3. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Youth Health (12 to 24 years): develop and implement health promotion activities which use innovative engagement strategies to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth to improve health outcomes

    PANEL OF PREFERRED PROVIDERS FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES FOR HARD TO REACH GROUPS
    As part of a pre-qualified panel arrangement, the provision of psychological services to clients in hard to reach groups for people experiencing moderate mental illness who are financially disadvantaged and are not clinically suited to lower intensity levels of intervention. These hard to reach groups have been identified as:
    - People who are or are at risk of homelessness
    - Culturally and linguistically diverse population
    - LGBTIQAP+
    - Women experiencing perinatal depression
    - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders
    - Children (aged 0-14)
    - People who self-harm or who are at increased risk of suicide
