Muswellbrook Shire Council invites appropriately qualified contractors for the supply of a range of Building Services in accordance with the specification contained within Council's tender documents. This tender is for an existing contract, Contract No: 2017-2018-0233 Provision of Property and Building Trades and Services. Council is seeking submissions for Part 4, Part 5 and Part 6 of the tender only.

Chief Executive Officer
Surf Coast Shire Council invites tenders from qualified and commercially licensed building contractors to carry out general building maintenance works (carpentry and handyman services) for Council's buildings and open space facilities, on an as required basis.
Council may appoint a single or multiple contractors to deliver the service. Acceptance to the panel of preferred suppliers does not guarantee any volume of work over the Contract term.
The Contract shall operate on a schedule of rates basis for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
-Only contractors with a primary function of carpentry, and that employ one or more qualified carpenters are eligible to be engaged under this contract.
-A Commercial Building Licence (Limited to the construction of low rise building work) is a minimum requirement for this contract.
Most works under this contract will be routine maintenance, periodic maintenance or renewal works requiring the attendance of one or possibly two of the contractor's employees
