    For the avoidance of doubt, this RFP is not intended for supply of Surgical Tables intended for private practice rooms. The proposed term of the Panel is five years with a two year right of renewal. The Panel will be a national panel and we intend to enter into an Agreement enabling all DHBs to purchase under the resulting Panel contracts.
