This Contract is for the design and build of an additional 400 m3 steel reservoir with associated site preparation, earthworks, foundations, valves and pipework to connect to the existing Otorohanga reticulation. Nova Energy is considering the undertaking of preparatory civil works, including construction of a site access road and formation of a building platform, for the Junction Road Power Plant.
Nova Energy wishes to identify potential participants for an RFP (Request for Proposal) for the provision of civil works in relation to the access and enabling of the proposed Junction Road Power Plant, located approximately 7 km south of New Plymouth city. Expected to be in general accordance with the preliminary plans included in Appendix A, the works will comprise of:

Overview: Otakaro Limited (Otakaro) is seeking tenders in the Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Civil Construction Services (the Services) for the Site Earthworks Package of the Christchurch Convention and Exhibition Centre (CCEC or the Project).
The CCEC is an anchor project identified in the 2012 Christchurch Central Recovery Plan (CCRP), which provides for a convention centre precinct to be developed as a "world-class" architectural landmark on a strategically chosen prime location in the central city. The land allocated for the development of the CCCEC comprises two blocks north-west of the Christchurch Cathedral and bounded by Oxford Terrace in the west, Armagh Street in the north, Colombo Street in the east and Club Lane and Cathedral Square in the south (the Site).
A facility with the following specifications is considered to be the most aligned with the Crown's requirements:· Capacity to host up to 2,000 delegates for a variety of national and international events;
· A 1,400 delegate auditorium capacity;
· A 3,600 m2 exhibition hall;
· 1,600 m2 of meeting rooms; and
· Total GFA of circa 28,000 m2.

Council has allocated funding within the 2016-17 Annual Plan and budget to upgrade the courtyard of the Kingston beach hall replacing a public toilet block which has recently been demolished.
