The Shire of Wiluna has purchased the former Club Hotel building, located in Wiluna, with the intention of refurbishing the building for use as Shire Administration Offices, Council Chamber, and Community Function Centre.
This is a reasonably large project as the building is quite large, quite old (circa 1933), and in a quite run-down condition.
The project comprises extensive internal demolition, renewal/installation of essential infrastructure, and construction / fit-out.
There are two practical completion dates, because the Shire is currently without a proper office facility so it is desired that the Shire administration will occupy new Administration Offices on the ground floor prior to completion of the new Council Chamber and Community Function Centre on the upper floor.
So tenders are now invited on a fixed-price basis for refurbishment of the former Club Hotel Building to achieve the outcomes as briefly described above. The full RFT documentation can be downloaded from this portal in the form of 2 Zip files each containing a series of PDF documents comprising the tender form, project specifications and associated drawings.
A photograph of the building (street view) is also available on this web portal.
Due to the nature of this project, a site visit is mandatory for all Tenderers. This will be held at 11am on Tuesday 5 September 2017.
Enquiries about contractual matters can be directed to the Shire's Acting Manager of Engineering & Development Services, Ms Angela Hoy, ph. 0429 817 010 or email email@example.com
Enquires about specifications and drawings can be directed to Mr Peter Teakle, ph. (08) 9964-1882.
Tender must be submitted by uploading to this portal. Tenders by fax or email will not be accepted. Do not send tenders by post or courier as they will be rejected if they are not received before the closing time.
Tenders must be submitted by 2pm WST on Monday 18th September 2017.
Late tenders will be rejected without consideration of their merits.
The Council will not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender.
Tenders are invited for the Goldfields War Museum Construction and Restoration. Tender documentation may be downloaded from the City's e-procurement portal at www.tenderlink.com/ckb from 12:00 pm WST on 12th August 2017.
Tenders must be received no later than 2:00PM WST on 14th September 2017.
Tenders may be submitted via the City's e-procurement portal (preferred). Tenders may also be lodged at the City's Tender Box located in the reception area at the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Administration Offices, 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie or sent by post to The Tender Box, City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, PO Box 2042, Boulder WA 6432. Tenders submitted via the City's Tender Box should be placed in a sealed envelope and marked with the RFT title and number. Tenders sent by fax or electronic mail will not be accepted.
The canvassing of Elected Members or City Officers will result in disqualification.
All tender enquiries should be directed to the Tendering Officer via the City's e-procurement portal online forum. For assistance to upload your tender to the City's e-procurement portal, please contact TenderLink Customer Support on 1800 233 533.
