Overview: The Ministry of Education is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) for Quantity Services for a roll growth project (Stage 3) at Stonefields School. The project will encompass a new two storey fourteen teaching space block and minor refurbishment work on the existing school under a design and build setting. Background: Stonefields School is a decile 9 full primary school based in South Auckland at 81 Tihi Street. The school is co-educational. Stonefields is a developing area with a new residential development in close proximity to the school. In result, Stonefields School are experiencing roll growth with the number of new entrant students increasing. The school roll has been steadily growing since opening in 2011 and this growth is forecast to continue to grow. The demographic report recommends the provision of 12 additional teaching spaces initially to cater for a roll of 816 students.

Desctription: The Forrestfield-Airport Link Project (the Project) will deliver an 8.5 km extension to the existing Public Transport Authority (PTA) suburban rail network in Perth, Western Australia. It is connecting the Midland Line, from just north of Bayswater Station, to Forrestfield, running through 8 kilometres of twin-bored tunnels passing underneath the Swan River, Tonkin Highway and Perth Airport.
The Project includes three new stations, being: Belmont Station (underground station between Perth's former domestic airport terminal and Great Eastern Highway); Airport Central Station (located underground at the consolidated airport terminals); and Forrestfield Station.
The FAL Project requires the services of an Independent Consultant to carry out as required, Cost Estimation, Commercial and Quantity Surveying support services for the delivery, completion and operation of the FAL Project. The consultancy will be required through to completion of the FAL Project and associated works, anticipated to be September 2020.

Lane Cove Council is responsible for the provision of community facilities within the Lane Cove Local Government Area. Council is proposing to undertake building alterations and renovations to the two lower floors of the Lane Cove Community Centre. The renovated building will be utilised by Centrehouse and Gallery Lane Cove as a community art centre.
Council intends to engage the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the works to renovate and refurbish the Centre to provide a new creative art space. The Centre will include a dedicated print, pottery and kiln areas, flexible community spaces, refurbished internal toilets, general storage and refurbished tearooms and foyer areas.
