Advertise Opportunities

Your own custom-branded illion TenderLink portal is your one-stop-shop for publishing any public or select/private tender opportunities, as well as RFQs, RFPs, EOIs and panel building.

Increase Security and Probity

Complete oversight, total transparency, and real-time reporting through each stage of the process. Our system is frequently subjected to third-party security tests, audited to ensure it’s compliant with procurement regulations, and meets industry-leading security standards.

Extend Your Reach

Choose to upload your own list of preferred suppliers, or cast your net wider to our extensive database of illion TenderLink subscribers who are ready and waiting to compete for public contracts.

Improve Transparency

Every supplier receives the exact same tender information. Updates, addendums, and responses to forum questions are distributed to all parties, so there’s no chance of biased or unfair treatment.

Save Time

Our easy to use system automates routine tasks and saves standard templates, meaning you and your staff will spend far less time administering all the manual aspects of the procurement process.

Decrease Costs

Your advertising, printing, distribution and administration costs will be greatly reduced by moving your procurement process online. Find out just how much the illion TenderLink solution could save you with our cost comparison calculator.

Streamline Evaluation

Add on our optional Evaluation Toolset to gather submissions in a standardised format, making it easier for decision-makers to compare, evaluate and score against specified weightings of your key criteria.

Reduce Risk

Leveraging illion’s market-leading commercial database, we can run financial risk reports on your suppliers, and use monitoring services to help anticipate, identify and mitigate risk throughout the entire process.

All the steps in the tender process have become much easier to navigate

The time it takes to inform tenderers, to distribute questions and answers, to inform all parties regarding addenda, send out tender documents… basically all the steps in the tender process have become much easier to navigate. It’s a central, digital space where all parties have access to the same data and receive clarity about the current tender in progress. It also allows us to set supplier expectations in a consistent and uniform manner.

Portal Pricing

Portal Pricing Licensing Fee

To establish and maintain your e-Procurement portal, we charge a Licensing fee. This affordable fee covers the cost of setting up the technical components, designing the visual elements in line with your branding, software licensing, importing your existing supplier data, and extensive user training for your staff along with ongoing support from your dedicated account manager and our support staff. This fee may vary depending on your specific requirements.

Ongoing Charges – pay as you go

If you’re just starting out, or unsure of your anticipated portal usage, we can provide a simple pay-as-you-go (PAYG) pricing plan. You’ll be charged a set fee per tender published, providing additional flexibility.

Ongoing Charges –  annual fee

You may choose to pay an agreed consistent fee, based on a usage plan for either capped or unlimited publishing volumes. This can be paid on an annual basis, simplifying your financial forecasting.

All pricing plans include a dedicated account manager and support via phone and email for all users.

How it Works

Procurement Team

Publish your tender opportunity online through your portal – choose to release privately to your own selected suppliers, or publicly to illion TenderLink’s wider database of suppliers.

Suppliers

Interested suppliers download your documentation and can communicate with you via online forums.
Suppliers submit responses electronically to your portal’s tender box, or in hard copy if you choose.

Evaluator(s)

Evaluate the responses manually, or weight and score using our evaluation toolset, available as an add-on.
Post the award notice and notify both successful and unsuccessful suppliers all through your portal.
