Local Government Procurement on behalf of Cumberland Council is seeking suitably qualified companies to submit a tender to establish a panel for Reactive and minor projects related works.<br/>
ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Cumberland Council was formed in May 2016. Located 25km west of the Sydney CBD, the Council has an estimated resident population of 219,300.<br/>
ABOUT THE TENDER: Cumberland Council invites suitable contractors to provide submissions for Preventative maintenance works. Work under the nominated trade services categories will largely fall under electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire lift and horticultural services. <br/>
REGISTRATION: Tender documents will be available from Tuesday 12/02/2019. Tender documents must be obtained after registration via (see option below). Please allow a 12 hours for registration to be processed and approved. Should the tenderer not receive notification, they should contact LGP's Tender Team on <a href="mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org">email@example.com</a> for appropriate registration.<br/>
PRE TENDER BRIEFING: Pre-tender briefing will be held on Monday 18 February 2019 at 9.30 am. The address is 16 Memorial Avenue, Merrylands NSW 2160. Attendance is not mandatory however tenderers are encouraged to attend.<br/>

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon successful upload. CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2.00 pm AEST on 06 March 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time. <br/>
Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. <br/>
Cumberland Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted. <br/>
Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Council members or officers, involved in the RFT process will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
