The facility is a two story council owned building that accommodates a number of community tenancies which contains use of common areas including bathrooms, kitchen and meeting areas. The space on offer is on the first floor and comprises four rooms, being one main room, two small offices and a storage room. There is shared use common areas including bathrooms, kitchen and meeting areas.
Groups applying must be:· An incorporated society or a charitable trust and conform to the criteria outlined in council's Community Occupancy Guidelines 2012.
Based in and working with the Otahuhu community.
· Able to identify positive community outcomes that will occur as a result of their tenancy.
· Must be able to specify how the services or programmes offered will align with the objectives of the Mangere-Otahuhu Local Board Plan.
· The Mangere-Otahuhu Local Board supports the premises being made available for use by other local groups and organisations and applicants must give details how this could be managed.
Auckland Council reserves the right to seek proposals and applications from other parties in addition to those who respond to this invitation, and to accept or reject any applications.

Council is seeking expressions of interest from groups interested in being accommodated within the existing library building.
Western Bay of Plenty District Council Strategic Property Manager, Blaise Williams says interest in the building has been expressed from a number of community organisations since the new library was initially planned.
"We're expecting strong interest from the community for this opportunity. This is a great chance for community-based groups to have a home in the heart of Katikati."
Blaise says small commercial enterprises are welcome - as well as not for profit groups - as long as applicants have a strong community focus.
The 526 square meter building and land will continue to be managed by Council. Existing tenants - the Visitor Information Centre and Katch Katikati - will remain located in the building.
Applications will be evaluated by the Katikati Community Board, who will make a recommendation to Council.

West Coast Council and @leisure Planners are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals, providers or community organisations to run any of the following activities at the Queenstown and Rosebery Swimming Pools:· swimming and aqua fitness classes
· sports activities
· personal training
· education/ training opportunities
· other wellness related activities
· exercise rehabilitation
· food and beverage related services
· birthday parties or events
· activities suitable for specific age groups: infants, children and adults, older adults, or all abilities
The expression of interest relates to the 2017/18 pool season, commencing December 1, 2017, and concluding on February 28, 2018.
This EOI is part of Council's drive to encourage participation, healthy and active lifestyle initiatives and social opportunities in West Coast, as well as provide more services at the pools for the benefit of the community.
If you are a sporting club, community group, or health and fitness or wellbeing provider, passionate about providing opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to be healthy and active, or adding to the services available at the swimming pools - we want you!
Programs and Classes may be held daily, weekly, or be one off events.
