Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from all interested parties wishing to conduct activities on Council controlled public reserves for a period of up to five years. These activities include markets, events or commercial businesses.
Council is currently seeking EOl for all Council controlled public reserves including foreshores, sporting ovals, parks and other reserves.
What to include in your EOI: Information to be provided in EOI submissions should include:· organisation name
· description and purpose of the activity
· location of the activity
· dates or periods of proposed use, e.g. 1st Sunday of each month, a single specific date, the Sunday in a particular month each year
· the term of the licence sought (how long you want the licence for).
If more than one EOI is received for the same venue and times, a selective tender process will be conducted.
This expression of interest process is being conducted under Council's Code of Practice- Licensing of Council controlled public reserves and associated buildings.

Overview: This procurement relates to the delivery of cleaning services to Wellington City Council (WCC). These services include public toilets, sports pavilions, cemeteries, sports centres, pools, city housing estates, landfill buildings and external recreational facilities. Council is seeking a solution that delivers a high quality cleaning service. The appointed Contractor will be required to work hand-in-hand with Council's Contract Manager's. As this is a significant procurement for Council, prospective suppliers must be financially-secure and have extensive industrial cleaning experience.
This cleaning services tender has been separated into three tranches. Suppliers have the option of pricing for some or all of these tranches.

The City of Sydney invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of Facilities Management Services. The services will be for an initial term of 4 years, with 3 two year extension options, with a total term value of approximately $230m.
The interested party will be required to deliver both hard and soft facilities management services as well as financial and procurement services and the provision of a management information system for the City of Sydney property portfolio. The property portfolio consists of over 220 properties valued at over $2 Billion, ranging from community facilities; depots; corporate and commercial space, public domain leases; and investment properties in commercial and retail assets.
