Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the turf maintenance of Campbelltown Sports Stadium (including the Campbelltown Athletics Centre and Campbelltown Football Stadium). The Services include turf maintenance and weed control of the main football field, the athletics centre infield, all surrounding spectator banks, amenity lawn and all other surrounding grassed areas and general operational assistance. The turf quality must remain to a National level standard suitable for NRL, A-League and also international rugby league and football.

Tender Overview: Tenders are invited for vegetation translocation, revegetation and maintenance works as part of the preliminary works associated with the expansion of the Sunshine Coast Airport at Marcoola.
The contract delivery is structured into two (2) Stages:· Stage 1 - Translocation Plan Finalisation
The Contractor is required to work with Council and its Consultants to formulate the most appropriate means of translocating 2ha of closed heath vegetation, containing endangered Mt Emu She-oak (Allocasuarina emuina), using a heath-tile methodology, so as to achieve its commitments under EPBC approval 2011/5823. The objective of this stage is to review the Draft Allocasuarina emuina Translocation and Management Plan and amend it with agreed methodologies, to the satisfaction of Council. This agreed plan will be used to guide the works associated with Stage 2 of the project.
· Stage 2 - Translocation and Ecological Restoration Works
This stage will involve translocation of approximately 2ha of closed heath vegetation using a heath-tile methodology and must be undertaken in accordance with the guidance, methodology and procedures set out in the final Allocasuarina emuina Translocation and Management Plan which will be finalised as part of Stage 1. This Stage will also include ecological restoration works which will involve rehabilitation of approximately 2.4ha of degraded pasture and paperbark regrowth.
The successful contractor will also be required to undertake detailed and comprehensive monitoring, and submit high level performance reporting, throughout the three (3) year program in order to meet the Key Performance Indicators for the project.
Stage 1 will commence in December 2017 and Stage 2 will be carried out between January and March 2018.
