PORTARLINGTON DEMONS FOOTBALL NETBALL CLUB (PDFNC).
INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - CATERING CONTRACT.
Portarlington Demons Football Netball Club is situated in Sproat Street. It provides modern facilities for football and netball players alike with a licensed venue open various nights throughout the football season plus special events.
The Catering Contract is for the provision of quality catering services to PDFNC onsite for member and guest meals and special occasions including PDFNC events and member functions. Historically, patrons have been able to access a good range of low to reasonably priced menu selections typical of a club environment.
The preferred contractor will:
1. Have a good understanding of modern cuisine dining preferences suitable to a club environment reflected through the menu choices and prices, marketing and display methods and professional delivery of service.
2. Work in collaboration with PDFNC to develop and promote the kitchen's image and products to existing members and new customers with the aim to be a preferential choice for diners.
PDNFC offers the opportunity to utilise the premises for a base for food preparation for other commercial operations including food vans and market stalls.
PDFNC invites interested parties to submit a proposal that includes the following:
1. Details of previous catering experience, including venue/s, location/s and time frames.
2. A full menu example of what you would offer at PDFNC, including a reasonable selection of budget priced items.
3. Referee details if applicable.
4. Any further documentation to support your application, including photos and referees.
All interested parties can direct enquiries about accessing a draft catering contract to the club's secretary Geoff Fary.
Inventory will be available closer to the season commencement but will include crockery, cutlery and condiment holders.
PDFNC is willing to negotiate contract terms and discuss new concepts with the caterer.
Time Frame Guideline: 5th January 2018: EOI invitations open.
9th February 2018: EOI invitations close.
13-15 February 2018: PDVNC to review applications, conduct interviews and make a selection.
26 February - 5th March 2018: Liaise with successful Contractor re signage, menus and internal menu board.
29 March 2018: Commencement date of new Catering Contractor (Meals to be served).

Expressions of Interest are called to operate the Elwood College Canteen, commencing January 29, 2018. Elwood College is a Year 7 - 12 co-educational school with an enrolment of 800 students in 2018.
School canteen services are provided five days per school week equating to approximately 200 school days per year. The term of the licence agreement is for 2018 and an option to renew the lease is negotiable and desirable.
The licence mandates the use of the DET Healthy School Canteen Menu Planning Guide and the sale of green and amber food category items only. Current Working with Children checks are essential. Previous experience in school canteen services would be a distinct advantage as well as sound financial and organisational management skills.· The Expression of interest must include:

The Warrnambool Racing Club (WRC) invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced businesses for the provision of exclusive catering services for its venue.
WRC conducts 19 thoroughbred race meeting annually, including the internationally renowned May Racing Carnival which attracts more than 30,000 patrons over the 3 day event. It's premier hospitality venue, the Matilda Room, also hosts events for weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations throughout the year.
The provision of catering services includes:· Provide catering services on race days including pre-sold on-course hospitality packages, private member dining, club officials catering and private club functions.
· Provide a mixed range of take-away and in-house menu options on race days via Matilda Room bistro and outside public eatery; and
· Provide catering services for private events held in the Matilda Room and within catering areas within the Racecourse.
