    Reference: PSP64.
Close Date: Friday 26 May 2017 at 5.00 pm.
    Request for Proposals (RFP).
Overview: We currently use several applications and manual solutions to manage our; incidents, risk registers, occupational health and safety, consumer feedback, surveys, and reporting. These solutions are fragmented and complex, making it difficult and time consuming to integrate information.

The system will interface with a number of primary applications for core source data. The system will cater for the current and anticipated needs of HBDHB and the wider health sector within Hawke's Bay.
It is expected that the design of the solution will start early September 2017, with delivery starting in mid-November 2017.

WDHB is looking to improve its facilities management system to ensure the effective and efficient operational management of its facilities including compliance and risk management and improved management of contracts and contractor information to help align to new Health and Safety legislation. The success of this project is reliant on the success of the change management to ensure that the knowledge and processes are in place for staff to utilise the full functionality of the system and ensure that data integrity is maintained.
