    Southern Cross University is seeking proposals and prices from suitably qualified suppliers to construct, install, commission and maintain an external containerised Data Centre facility. The facility must maintain an efficient physical footprint, be relocatable, and withstand the harsh coastal climatic conditions of Coffs Harbour, such as the frequent heat, wind, salt, sand, hail and severe electrical storms. The university is seeking solutions that, as a minimum, provide concurrent maintainability.
    The University has engaged the services of a specialist Data Centre consultant to assist with the project.
    The new data centre is to be located adjacent to the northern wall of building 'A' at the Coffs Harbour Education Campus, Coffs Harbour (NSW). The new data centre is to be constructed in accordance with the Tender's selection criteria.

    Overview: We currently use several applications and manual solutions to manage the funding we allocate to over 700 tertiary education organisations (TEOs). These solutions are fragmented and complex, making it difficult and time consuming to manage funding information. In particular, we use a large number of complex spreadsheets to support our funding processes.
    To mitigate the risks that our current solution creates, we have initiated the Funds Management and Payments (FMP) project to:
    1. Implement an integrated solution that provides better financial control, transparency and efficiency across our funding information and processes
    2. Make our financial management system (TechnologyOne) the master information source for appropriations and TEO funding allocations
    3. Introduce new capability to manage funding rules and detailed delivery calculations in a single application
    4. Provide readily available reporting on the allocation of funding
    5. Provide workflow support for payment approval processes
    6. Reduce the complexity of and the amount of data held in our Data Warehouse
    7. Establish efficiencies through the scheduling of our interfaces
    8. Establish an end to end business owner resulting in better control of process and system changes
    This is a substantial project introducing new applications and interfaces. It requires changes to our data warehouse, financial management system, reporting, master data management and business processes.
    A key component of our future design is a Job Scheduling application to automate our background processes. We require the application to manage the interfaces required to support FMP. In the longer term, we will look to extend scheduling across our other applications.
    This RFP is for the procurement of the Job Scheduling application. In addition, we require the successful Respondent to work with our staff during the design and delivery phases to:
    1. Provide training for members of the project team
    2. Provide advice on how to integrate the Job Scheduling application into the design of our interfaces
    3. Design of the job scheduling
    4. Help with the infrastructure design (as part of our wider FMP infrastructure design)
    5. Plan for the delivery phase
    We also require ongoing third level support.

    New Plymouth District Council (the Council) is seeking a competent and experienced supplier to provide a cloud based Venue and Event Management Tool and implementation services, which will enable the Council to continue to be a leader in managing its venue bookings and events. We are looking for a solution that will allow us to continue delivering world class customer service and further enhance the professionalism of delivering events across all of the Council's venues and spaces.
    The approach is to engage an experienced supplier to provide the Venue and Event Management Tool and implementation services with the involvement of key Council stakeholders and the project team. This engagement must be at a reasonable price and within timeframes as mutually agreed.

    Tender Details: 3 Floors of the MLC building located at Martin Place in the Sydney CBD are to be refurbished as part of the larger stage 2 project work.
    NSW Department of Industry intends to install an integrated 'meeting room', 'hot desk', 'hot office' and visitor management system to better utilise these facilities and allow room booking directly from Google calendar, touch screens outside of rooms and/or central booking kiosks located at suitable locations.
    The Tender is for the supply and installation of a suitable system (hardware and software) that meets the required criteria of the Part D Statement of requirements for the project. The successful Tenderer will be a nominated 'sub Contractor' on the Main refurbishment Stage 2 contract and will need to coordinate with the Main contractor to meet the installation dates stated in the construction timeframes for the 3 floors as detailed in the RFQ Part D doc.
