Southern Cross University is seeking to select a company to deliver and implement a complete end-to-end staff e-recruit system
The system will deliver the full suite of staff e-recruit functionality including on boarding for new continuing, fixed-term and casual appointees.
The e-recruit system will be integrated with the existing HRIS, Aurion - inbound and outbound integration.

ITS 2573 - Operational Telecommunications Equipment, Infrastructure and Services has been optimised to deliver improved value and efficiency in the procurement of radio communications equipment and services across all government agencies.
The optimised ITS 2573 panel contains three categories: · telecommunications equipment,
· telecommunications services, and
· telecommunications infrastructure.
Each of these has a number of related subcategories.
The Applicant must identify its areas of substantial expertise by nominating the categories in which it is seeking prequalification.
A. Link Equipment

This document discovery portal (DDP) is a portal for easy document discovery. Its intentions are to make it easy to find relevant reports, and to also discover relevant reports that relate to industry or search terms. Relevance is the key term here; how the syntax of our search algorithm works to identify and deliver relevant search terms on scale will be paramount to the success of this project.
A content strategy and implementation outline for past and future reports is needed to allow more people to read and understand the key findings of each report in simple terms, while still having full access to the original reports and outputs; A process for summarising and communicating complex documents into succinct and digestible formats for greater reading.

As one part of the State Library's assessment process, respondents will be given a test batch of digitised items (the SOURCE IMAGES). The Respondent will be required to OCR all files in the test batch, deliver specified cropped SCREEN JPEG files, METS / ALTO and PDF/A files, as well as any administrative and technical metadata requested. Annexure F sets out the instructions for 'OCR Pilot Test.
The OCR Services (the 'Deliverables') required by the Library include:· The creation of cropped and de-skewed SCREEN JPEG's from SOURCE IMAGES that conform to the specifications provided by the SLNSW
· The creation of OCR from SCREEN JPEGs
· The creation of METS, Rosetta METS and ALTO that conforms to specified schemas and reference the SCREEN JPEGs

- Integrate all legislative and best practice methodologies for Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Framework and functionality including, Plan formulation, reporting, monitoring from the macro to the micro level (individual work programs).
- Enable Enterprise Risk Management functionality to be integrated into the framework.
- Enable Audit functionalities to be built into the framework.
- Enable the input of various strategies and plans (containing Council endorsed recommendations) to be built into the corporate planning framework.
- Enable Finance considerations including long term financial plan, project budget information etc to be integrated into the software.
- Enable an easy to understand interface enabling tracking of Councils commitments into terms of committed budgets, projects and progress to align with IP&R requirements.
Responding Organisations may submit an EOI for one or more of the above requirements.
