    Description: The purpose of this RFI is to allow the ATSB to gather, review and analyse vendor's proposed solutions in response to the ATSB's ICT Service Delivery requirements. Outcomes of the review will form the basis of an internal ICT Services Delivery Business Case seeking the ATSB Executive's approval to approach the market to procure the preferred option(s).
    The ATSB is advertising this RFI as an open market approach to allow effective scoping of the market. Should this initial market approach (procurement) progress to the next stage, we will establish a shortlist of suitable vendors from responses to this RFI and advertise a Pre-qualified Tender in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules "Procurement Method 2".
    The ATSB is undertaking this exercise to identify innovative yet mature cloud based solutions that represent value for money options and establish a solutions list for consideration.     Description: The Department of State Development, Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation (DSD-AAR) seeks Information and Communications Technology (ICT) development services to develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive Aboriginal cultural heritage information management system.
    It seeks a system that integrates geospatial, database information and services into a solution accessible via an online portal.
    The solution will need to meet the current needs of the agency as well as future needs which have been introduced by recent amendments to the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1988.
    A review of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Register and Information System (ACHRIS) developed by Aboriginal Victoria and adapted by the Department of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships (DATSIP) Queensland was undertaken by DSD-AAR in November 2016. The study identified an 85% fit of the ACHRIS system with DSD-AAR's heritage information system requirements.
    The study resulted in the articulation of high level requirements of the future system, sufficient to inform an accurate design proposal and quotation by a third party.
    Three scoping documents are attached to this plan:· DSD-AAR Current and Future Requirements (Attachment 1)
    · DSD-AAR Gap Analysis (Attachment 2)
    · DSD-AAR Use Cases (Attachment 3)
    Tender parties have two options:
    1. tender for the full development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive cultural heritage information system based on DSD-AAR's Current and Future Requirements; or
    2. custom development of the ACHRIS based on the DSD-AAR Gap Analysis of ACHRIS and DSD-AAR's Current and Future Requirements.

    Description: Immigration SA is responsible for skilled and business migration to South Australia working with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) to attract eligible skilled and business migrants through state-nominated programs as a pathway to permanent residency in South Australia.
    The Immigration SA Application Processing system is accessed by external individuals and businesses, through the Immigration SA website, to register, apply and manage applications. This system is hosted by external provider, Lumient.
    Internal Immigration SA staff manage their application processes through a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 application hosted and supported by DSD.
    The main purpose of the Client Management Project is to move from an application centric CRM system to a customer centric solution which will provide Immigration SA the ability to effectively report and track the migrant journey from initial communication to successful settlement in South Australia. It is intended to continue using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    Additionally, the project will reduce risk and overall costs to the Agency through the strategic and structured approach to redevelopment of the internal solution.
    Immigration SA and Skilled Migrant Services staff and management will be the primary users of the system internally, however, the website and portal will be public with secure sections for registered users. These systems need to be able to access the available integration interfaces for the solution to be able operate.
    Immigration SA is seeking services for the assessment of current design documents and development of a further detailed design (Phase 1) and pricing estimates for the design implementation (Phase 2).
