The purpose of this consultancy is to determine the most effective and efficient operating model for recruitment, conversion and admissions functions at the University of Wollongong (UOW) to:
-improve strategic alignment, minimise duplication and maximise impact of international and domestic student recruitment, conversion and admissions activities
-deliver a student-centric approach that considers the needs of prospective students throughout the recruitment and conversion process
-position UOW to leverage the new Student Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, to optimise recruitment and admissions efforts and support the improvement of conversions
-improve visibility of recruitment, conversion and admissions activities, expenditure and outcomes at the organisational level including establishing business ownership for activities
-ensure that UOW student residence accommodation marketing and recruitment is effectively integrated to the student recruitment activities across the University
-clarify roles and responsibilities across the phases of the recruitment, conversion and admissions funnel, including accountability for setting recruitment strategy; and
-align workforce and capabilities in faculties and divisions to the UOW international and domestic recruitment strategy.
The project output should guide UOW on how to best position its existing recruitment and admissions activities, services and structures to improve conversions. It should review existing resource allocation across the recruitment and conversion funnel to identify areas of under/over investment and inform decisions about resource reallocation. It should also make recommendations on mechanisms, structural or otherwise, to ensure visibility, coordination, efficiency, sustainability and alignment.

We are looking for expressions of interest to be our media planning and buying agency for a NSW-based furniture retailer.
This first stage is a credentials expression with a written presentation/document, with two successful parties moving into face-to-face meetings with the agency before one is appointed.
At a minimum, your credentials presentation document should include:

Tender Details: Venues NSW is seeking Request for Proposal responses from interested respondents for an Exclusive Naming Rights Sponsor for Western Sydney Stadium.
As part of the single stage procurement process Venues NSW may shortlist preferred respondents, undertake further due diligence exercises, and invite respondents to negotiate with Venues NSW.
The key objectives of this RFP are to conduct a single stage competitive process being;· an open market Request for Proposal in which Venues NSW will evaluate and shortlist responses that demonstrate overall value and align to the Venues NSW Mission (Section 8 of Part B);
· invite shortlisted respondents to enter into Direct Negotiations with Venues NSW; and
· subject to the outcome of those negotiations, offer one successful entity Exclusive Naming Rights Sponsorship at the Western Sydney Stadium for a Term of three years, with two options at the mutual agreement of Venues NSW and the Sponsor - the first option being for three years and the second for two years (3 x 3 x 2)

The 'Prevention Lab' concept has been identified through recent work undertaken by the Victorian Central Highlands Regional Partnership (CHRP) as 'a process and space to lead, experiment, design, create and scope a prevention brand encompassing community engagement and movement; a prevention business and investment model; a prevention system at scale, and prevention interventions at scale.'
The development of the Prevention Lab Business Case (phase 1) is expected to occur between 1 February to 30 June 2018 and include a contemporary monitoring and evaluation framework.
Implementation (phase 2) will occur in part concurrently from 1 February 2018 through until 1 February 2019.
