HEALTH PURCHASING VICTORIA. PATHOLOGY EQUIPMENT AND ASSOCIATED CONSUMABLES.
TENDER. Number: HPVITS2018-115.
Contacts: Tom O'Reilly, Type: Contractual, phone: (03) 9947-3700,
Description: Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) is establishing a structure to source Pathology Equipment and Associated Consumables to public pathology laboratories in Victoria.
The structure to source pathology equipment will occur in two stages:
1. Establishment of a prequalified panel of suppliers:
If suppliers meet the minimum requirements, they will be included on the prequalified panel. This includes suppliers agreeing to standard terms and conditions with HPV that will apply to all health services. This removes the requirement to negotiate new terms and conditions with every offer for every health service.
2. Cluster Sourcing:
Where equipment synergies and timing exist amongst the health services, HPV will approach the prequalified panel of suppliers to submit offers for pathology equipment.
Documentation: Tender documents will be available to download from the HPV Procurement Portal from Monday 26 March 2018.
All respondents must register on the HPV website before gaining access to the HPV Procurement Portal.
All communication regarding this ITS must be in writing in the Message function in the HPV Procurement Portal. Closing date for last enquiries in relation to this ITS is 17 April 2018.
Submissions for this ITS are to be through the HPV Procurement Portal - accessed via the HPV homepage. Submissions in any other format will not be accepted.
Full details of the delivery method are found in Part 3 Tender Conditions (released with the documentation on Monday 26 March 2018).
Ignore the reference to the Tender box submission below.
All submissions MUST be received through the HPV Procurement Portal as stated above.
