    ABOUT UNSW:
Established in 1949, the University of New South Wales is one of Australia's leading research and teaching universities. UNSW is a founding member of the Group of Eight research intensive universities in Australia. For more information about UNSW, please refer to the website at www.unsw.edu.au

    ABOUT SIRF:
UNSW Solar Industrial Research Facility (SIRF) goal is to increase the value of UNSW's research to manufacturers. It adds value by enabling research on industrial scale equipment and processes. This shortens the learning feedback loop for applying research to manufacturing and demonstrating the technology.

Partnerships with companies (Roth & Rau, Suntech, CSUN, REC, BT Imaging, LG, Sunrise) and government (ARENA) allowed the installation of the initial pilot manufacturing capabilities in 2014. Since then some equipment has been added.

The "Torch Innovation Precinct" (Torch) initiative intends to set up a collaboration precinct by 2020. It will bring together the research community, industry, entrepreneurs, government and investors. The aim is to foster innovation and speed up commercialisation of new technologies.

Starting in 2016, a "prototype incubator" of the Torch Precinct will be set up on UNSW campus. The SIRF is planned to be part of this prototype, since it is designed for industrially relevant R&D, and is currently up and running.

There are a number of tools that need to be installed to increase its value as part of the prototype incubator. In particular, industry partners and SME entrepreneurs need to be able to complete their experimental work in the SIRF lab.

    ABOUT THE EOI:
Respondents are invited from select suitably qualified Contractors for the provision for the Expression of Interest (EOI) in becoming prequalified to be on a Panel of Specialists to be able to receive and respond to Request for Tenders (RFT) for specialist works for the SIRF Torch project on the following capabilities: design, construction, design and construction, maintenance and peer review. The works will be on the upgrade of the SIRF facility comprising a number of additional process tools that will add capability to the SIRF facility in the areas of Advanced Hydrogenation, PERC and PERL processing and increasing the throughput and reliability of the line. This work will be completed in packages, with the exact timing and make-up of each package depending on tool availability (some of which are still under development), research priorities and the staged release of funds. The works are described in the attached EOI documentation. A Panel of Specialists will be created for each capability.

    REGISTRATION:
EOI documents must be obtained after pre-registration on the UNSW Website (see option below).

    ENQUIRIES:
All enquiries in relation to this EOI should be directed to the online forum (see option below). UNSW staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to this EOI.

    MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
To be held at 8.30am Wednesday 7 December 2016 at SIRF, UNSW, Kensington.

    SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Word and Excel version of the Schedule/s (pdf files where necessary). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission or contact TenderLink Customer Support on 1800 233 533 or email support@tenderlink.com

    CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
The EOI closes at 2pm (AEST) on the 16 December 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time. At its own discretion, UNSW reserves the right to conduct the Request for tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.

    Reference: WLC ROI Consult Panel.
Close Date: Wednesday 23 November 2016 at 4.00 pm.
    Registration of Interest (ROI).
Overview: Wairaka Land Company (a Unitec Company) (WLC) issues this Registration of Interest (ROI) with the intention of procuring a panel of suppliers across a variety of disciplines for the ongoing land and core facilities development of Unitec Mt Albert Campus and the wider Wairaka Precinct.
It is WLC's intention that this ROI will be followed by a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) and engage a panel of suppliers - rather than one supplier. The award of each Statement of Works package will be made following a secondary (priced) procurement.
WLC is seeking responses to this ROI for the purpose of identifying suppliers capable of delivering ongoing services within the disciplines outlined in the attached ROI document.
WLC intends to issue detailed RFP's to Respondents, as determined by this ROI.
All Respondents who submit a ROI response will be notified by email of the outcome of this ROI process.
The ROI will close at 4.00 pm on Friday 23 November 2016. All responses should be submitted via email and include the signed ROI agreement as attached, WLC reserves the right not to engage with any respondent who fails to comply with these instructions.

    The Opportunity
Through this open Request for Proposal (RFP) HNZ is seeking project management and delivery of all consultancy services required to enable planned remediation works across 3 properties, identified via the Complexes Remediation Programme (CRP).
The CRP is a HNZ planned remediation programme that aims to deliver a range of works to over 100 HNZ multi unit complexes nationwide.
This opportunity is particularly suited to multidisciplinary organisations offering full consultancy services, but may also suit organisations with the capability not only to project manage these projects but to deliver all other necessary consultancy services through the selection engagement and management of appropriately qualified and suitable consultants.
A contractor to undertake the physical remediation works will be procured through a separate procurement process.
A description of site characteristics is provided in Appendix B, Section 2.
A description of the anticipated scope of remedial works to which the consultancy services relate is described in Appendix B, Section 3.
As part of a continuous review process of the consultancy services, the Principal will be using a phased milestone method with clear deliverables to be achieved and reviewed at each phase before proceeding to the next stage. A description of pricing and phasing requirements is provided in Appendix B, Section 4. HNZ reserves its rights to terminate the consultancy services at any time and pay fees up to that point in the project.
The Scope of the Contract Works is described in Appendix B, sections 5 and 6.
