Description: The Department is approaching the market to call for interested parties to tender for the provision of an end-to-end solution including project management, design, build, installation and make good services that can then be used by the Department to support the upcoming ASEAN-Australia Special Summit at a number of venues around the Sydney CBD.

This EOI campaign seeks to gauge interest from parties which share common interest in the development of the Paynesville Boat Yard (South), and being sympathetic to the objectives of the Paynesville Marine Industry Master Plan.
The purpose of this EOI campaign is for Gippsland Ports (and by extension, the State of Victoria) to optimise the commercial opportunities from the subject parcel of Crown Land (including waterway), whilst concurrently stimulating investment and growth in the marine industry precinct, and again, by extension, jobs and economic activity in Paynesville and to improve the service offering to the vibrant and growing recreational boating community.

Overview: The New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) is seeking a project manager to manage the upgrade of a community hall and adjoining facilities in Honiara, Solomon Islands. The Youth Engagement Activity aims to increase opportunities for youth to engage in sports, arts and cultural activities, as well as access health and other support services.
A qualified engineer is preferred for this role, which requires living and working in Honiara for up to 18 months from August 2017.
The Youth Engagement Activity has a total budget of $5.5 million, including all costs associated with the project manager role. The Solomon Islands Project Manager - Youth Engagement Activity will be responsible for managing the project to completion.
The Youth Engagement Activity supports Solomon Islands' priorities to empower youths socially and economically so they can contribute to the long term peace and security of Solomon Islands with resulting long term economic growth and prosperity.
The short term outcomes of the facilities upgrade are:· Youth use safe and inclusive space for sport and other recreation.
· Youth use safe and inclusive space to access services and learning opportunities.
· Solomon Islands have increased facilities for Pacific Games.

ABOUT THE REQUEST: The University allocates funds on an annual basis for non-major capital works in its Infrastructure Investment Plan. The University has engaged a contractor to deliver selected non-major projects in the Infrastructure Investment Plan under a managing contractor contract (IIP Contract) to achieve contracting efficiencies, value for money and improved delivery times.
The term of the current IIP Contract has expired and the University is seeking expressions of interest from contractors for a proposed new IIP Contract (Expressions of Interest) in accordance with the terms of this Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI).
This REOI is the first stage in the University's two-stage procurement process for the proposed new IIP Contract (Procurement Process). The second stage will involve selected Respondents being invited to submit a tender for the proposed new IIP Contract pursuant to a Request for Tender.
