    The Delivery Partner will recruit eligible participants and deliver high quality home visits and retrofits to 800 households in Melbourne's western suburbs, and 200 retrofits in the Goulburn Valley. The Delivery Partner will also collect data and household consents required for Program evaluation.
    The Delivery Partner must have demonstrated experience in the delivery of retrofits and advisory services to low income households, including culturally and linguistically diverse households and people with disabilities.
    Due to the complex nature of the Program, the successful tenderer may need to sub-contract some of the services required for the Program. However, the Delivery Partner is responsible for overall Project management.
