Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from Security Operators to provide security services at the 2018 Order of the Outback Ball.
The ball is being held at the Nijinda Durlga Hall in Burketown on Saturday 30 June 2018 from 6pm until midnight.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing appropriate security services on the night of the ball. Persons or organisations providing an EOI will be required to: · Provide security services from 6pm to midnight
· Provide two security guards
· Comply with all appropriate safety standards
· Supply own equipment eg. mobile phones
· Liaise with event organisers prior to and at the event to ensure logistical requirements are met

Overview: Auckland Transport (AT) is progressively upgrading and renewing its passenger transport facilities and infrastructure. This project requires the delivery of safety barrier improvements and seismic strengthening within Downtown car park to ensure public and user safety.
A detailed seismic assessment was undertaken on Downtown car park, which found that some elements require seismic strengthening.
The primary focus of this project is on delivering the Rhino Stop barrier and pedestrian safety barrier improvements required to ensure public and user safety, as well as seismic strengthening of sections of the car park.
