NZ TRANSPORT AGENCY. ND FRAMEWORK (LOT 2).
RFx ID: 19616826.
Close Date: Friday 20 April 2018 at 4.00 pm.
Registration of Interest (ROI).
Overview: The programme in Northland is growing with significant investment expected over the next ten years. In addition to our major projects, we expect to be investing circa $4 -7m a year improving the safety, efficiency and resilience of the network.
The Northland Delivery Framework provides a mechanism for managing the future programme of small (<$5m) and medium ($5m-$25m) projects through 2 panels of physical works suppliers. The first panel of 3 suppliers pre-qualified to Level A has recently been awarded (Lot 1 panel). The NZ Transport Agency is seeking to establish a second open panel (Lot 2 panel) of contractors pre-qualified to levels A-D with capability to deliver physical works in the Auckland North region (this process). Those contractors who hold a panel position in Lot 1 will not be eligible for a Lot 2 panel position.
Work will be allocated to members of the Lot 2 panel based on capacity and capability to complete individual work packages and will be procured via direct appointment or closed contest. If a pre-qualified supplier does not submit a registration of interest then they will be ineligible for work procured through the panel. However, because this an open panel, suppliers are welcome to join by submitting an application at any stage.
No attribute information needs to be submitted except as outlined below.
A one page Registration of Interest (ROI) should be uploaded to the GETS eTender box which involves submitting a single A4 page letter, in response to this advertisement, advising company and contact details as well as level of pre-qualification in one or more of the following four categories:· routine and minor works
· bridge construction
Respondents should refer to the GETS website for instructions on uploading their ROI files.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please refer to the GETS Internet Site below (free to register) for all contact information and/or documentation relating to this tender notice:
