Workshop Policies

Cancellation
Delegate cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the booked workshop. Cancellations incur a 15% administration fee. Refunds will be issued back to the credit card used for the workshop purchase. Regrettably, no refund will be issued for cancellations notified within 48 hours of the booked workshop.

In the unlikely event of TenderLink having to cancel a workshop, e.g. presenter illness, delegates will be transferred to the next available seminar at no cost. If unable to attend, a partial refund will be given.

Transfers
Delegates can make a once-only transfer to the next available workshop of the same type.

Transfers requests can be made up to one working day before the workshop start time at no cost.  A $30 admin fee will be charged for transfer requests made within one working day of the workshop date.

Transferred workshops are not eligible for cancellation refunds.

Substitution
If for any reason the booked delegate is unable to attend, substitute delegates are welcome. For administrative purposes, please inform TenderLink of any delegate substitution as early as possible.
