Workshop Policies

Delegate cancellations made three days prior to workshop date will incur a 20% administration fee*, with refunds issued back to the credit card used for the workshop purchase. No refund will be issued for cancellations notified within three days of the booked workshop date.

In the event of TenderLink having to cancel a workshop, e.g. presenter illness, delegates will be transferred to the next available seminar at no cost. If unable to attend, a partial refund will be given.

Delegates can make a once-only transfer to the next available workshop of the same type.

Transfers can be made up to three working days prior to workshop start time at no cost.  A 20% admin fee* will be charged for transfer requests made within three working day of the workshop date.

Transferred workshops are not eligible for cancellation refunds.

If for any reason the booked delegate is unable to attend, substitute delegates are welcome. For administrative purposes, please inform TenderLink of any delegate substitution as early as possible.


*Please note the percentage is of the price paid for the workshop.
